I don't think his 90K is enough for a #1. We'll see.

The Game might be seeing red next week at the top of the Billboard 200. Industry prognosticators suggest that the rapper's new "The R.E.D. Album" (Geffen/Interscope) could sell more than 90,000 copies by week's end on Aug. 28.
If the set does hit No. 1, it will mark Game's third topper following 2005's "The Documentary" and 2007's "Doctor's Advocate." His last album, "LAX," started at No. 2 in 2008 with 239,000, according to Nielsen SoundScan.
There's always the chance that Jay-Z and Kanye West's collaborative album "Watch the Throne" may hold at No. 1 for a third week. But it's too early to tell what their album may sell.
Pop icon Barbra Streisand could be the next biggest arrival on the Billboard 200, as her "What Matters Most" may launch with 70,000 to 80,000 copies.
Her last album, 2009's "Love Is the Answer," was a surprise No. 1 debut, bowing with 180,000 -- her best sales week since 1997. However, "Love's" handsome bow was bolstered by a half-hour chat and performance on "The Oprah Winfrey Show," along with appearances on CBS' "Sunday Morning" and NBC's "Today." "What Matters" doesn't have the opportunity to benefit from the now-off-the-air "Oprah."
Country star Miranda Lambert's new side project, Pistol Annies, may see its "Hell on Heels" debut start in the top 10 as well, with perhaps 30,000 to 40,000 copies. The trio comprises Lambert, Ashley Monroe and Angaleena Presley.

I guess it might be after all. If anything I hope WTT can hold a third week just for the sake of it.

not bad...hopefully with "Lay It On Me" racing up Rhythmic and "Motivation" refusing to die, she'll hold around 10k each week

Barbra Streisand's prediction was upped. I remember last time, she was predicted to come in #3 and then she was the surprise winner (though I don't think she'll pull an upset this time)
No one ever talks about the Mumford & Sons album here, and it isn't usually super high on the chart, and yet it's #3 on the YTD. Shows how little peaks matter.

I think she will stay Top 15 for the rest of the year considering than some albums above her she has a chance to pass and also new releases that WILL stop her. Like Lil Wayne, WTT, Coldplay, Drake and hopefully hopefully J Cole.
Wait scratch that let's aim for top 20 lol.

A strong weekend for Jay Z and Kanye West, in their third week, could se the duo challenge Game for The #1 Throne on next week's HITS Album Chart. For now, though, Game gets the slight edge. Country female supergroup Pistol Annies holds strong after two days, thanks to a good look from being #1 at iTunes (Lil Wayne, in pre-order, is currently #1). Here's how it's shaping up headed into the MTV Video Music Awards weekend:
*Game (Interscope) 90-95k
Jay Z and Kanye West (Roc-a-fella/Roc Nation) 85-90k
Adele (XL/Columbia) 70-75k
*Barbra Streisand (Columbia) 68-73k
Now 39 (Capitol/EMI) 50-55k
*Pistol Annies (Columbia Nashville) 45-50k
Luke Bryan (Capitol Nashville) 30-35k
Jason Aldean (Broken Bow) 27-30k
*Muppets: Green Album (Walt Disney) 24-27k
Eric Church (Capitol Nashville) 21-24k
Mumford & Sons (Glassnote) 18-21k
Beyonce (Columbia) 18-21k
Foster the People (Columbia) 18-21k
Lady Gaga (Interscope) 18-21k
Eli Young Band (Republic Nashville) 17-20k
*Debuts (8/25p)

I hope Jay-Z & Kanye get the #1 just to shut up Game.
Adele is at it again.
Foster The People and Mumford & Sons are consistent. Will Sigh No More ever die? It has been at it for awhile now with no promo that I know of. These non-pop/unconventional acts are doing it big.

WEEZY COME, WEEZY GO: With Watch the Throne off and running at retail, what does that mean forUniversal Republic’s Lil Wayne, whose Tha Carter IV streets next Monday (8/29)? Probably very little, in that Wayne’s first single is #1 at both Urban and Rhythm, while the second debuted Top 10 at iTunes last week, lending credence to those 825k first-week estimates. The likelihood, then, is that Monte Lipman’s hot streak will continue, as promotion chief Joel Klaiman keeps the pedal to the metal at radio. Meanwhile, some of that heat is coming from Republic Nashville, a joint venture with Scott Borchetta’s Big Machine, as The Band Perry continues to climb the Pop charts. (8/25p)

I think that's just what his label is estimating. I think we will have a better idea next week.
