Where is your proof that sexuality isn't controllable? Just because you cant, doesn't mean that every person in the world and only be straight, bisexual, or straight for the rest of their life!

My views on this ****.
You arent born gay. It's impossible. You dont just pop out your moms vagina and know what your sexual orientation is. I also find all the scientific explanations, and genetic **** kind of confusing and coincidental, but that's just me. In my most HUMBLE opinion (this means dont attack me, come at me sensibly) ceetain factors in where you grow up, WHO you grow up with (as in how youre raised) and how youre treated as you grow up have a great deal in your sexual choices. I say this from experience. I'm a straight female, but growing up, I was teased IMMENSLY, and it wasnt primarily females. Males bullied me profusely. I was also sexually assaulted by a male when I was about...seven years old which I still remember. Based on these events, I began to struggle with my sexuality because most girls treated me in a way that males didnt. I felt close to them and they understood me, so I began to think about going the other way because males treated me like ****. However, I CHOSE to deal with these feelings and realize within MYSELF that turning gay would not solve my problems. Not saying that it would have made it harder for me, because im not trying to "diss" a gay lifestyle, but I probably would have encountered the same feelings of hurt and such with a female given any type of experience. Essentialy I was never attracted to a female sexually. Of course I look at their ass and boobs from time to time, but thats only because I compare them to my assets, which I guess is normal.
Everyone is different. Maybe I'm wrong, but, from a personal experience I really think you choose to feel the way you feel sexually. Maybe for some people it comes "naturally" (in their heads to me) but imo you have the option of being the way you are sexually.

I've stated the thing about the nuclei in people. There is a genetic difference between homosexual/bisexual and heterosexual men. Now, unless you get ever single nuclei in your body transplanted whenever you wanna flip the switch, you cannot change your sexuality.
Clocked.
Now, will you sit, you twat?

You can't prove a negative, boo. Scientifically, the burden of proof is on YOU that sexuality IS controllable.
And no one is saying that. All anyone is saying is that your own argument has contradicted itself over and over.
@xdonna_fentyx: First of all, saying the scientific things are wrong because they're "confusing" is never good for your argument. But overall, I see where your post is coming from. You don't believe people are born gay, but do you believe people are born straight?

you call a study of 20 people factual evidence? Any number of those people could have lied about their sexuality(like you) before the research.

Stop saying I lied about my sexuality you ****ing ****. You can't say that I'm gay and not bisexual.
The reason I was arguing with you about your sexuality is because you contradict yourself too much with this. I'll be getting the mods if you don't **** off.

I never said they were wrong, I just said that they were confusing (which to me they are) and coincidental. Idk, some of it may be true. I have no idea at this point because I'm not a scientist and my statements may be proven false in the future.
Honestly? No. You arent born with any type of sexual orientation. Your just a baby, you cant determine what your attracted to in those early stages.

I'm sorry, but how the hell do you come to this conclusion based on your personal experiences? Did you seriously just one day decide to yourself that you're only going to be attracted to men? Upbringing has nothing to do with sexual orientation, because gay, straight and bisexual people come from every background imaginable and deal with every possible experience.
Also, kids who are bullied for their sexual orientation usually would give anything to be straight so they can blend in. That kind of mental anguish isn't something anyone in their right mind would choose.

So you're mad that people are labeling you, but you're going to sit there and say that others are lying about their bisexuality?
Not a single person in this thread said you were lying about being bisexual. You are a hypocritical, spiteful person.

Actually no. As I said, it was a ongoing process with me, I didnt just wake up and stop having these feelings. I came to deal with them overtime.
I didnt put it in my original post, but I have a cousin, and he's the perfect example of my theory. As of now he's nine, and he's being raised basically by females. He does not have a father figure in his life, and my brothers and male cousins are not around to influence him. As of right now, he's having homosexual tendencies. He tends to talk about females not in the "oh, she's hot" way (you get what im trying to say) and more "she should do her hair differently. I love her dress." Okay, I may be confusing you, but basically what I'm trying to say is what normal young males do he does not. WHich may be a problem for him growing up...
Okay, so maybe I'm wrong, I dont know the upbringing of EACH AND EVERY gay or bi individual in this world. This is just my theory.

Yeah, I understand what you're saying Donna_fenty, but it doesn't account or the fact that people of ALL sexualities come from ALL kinds of upbringings. You're trying to apply your own personal situation to all sexuality growths.
For example, I've grown up with a great father figure. My dad is in the Marine Corp. We've been extremely close my whole life, and I'm gay.

You're just a pressed and confused attention seeking loser! You're mad because I'm comfortable with me sexuality and I'm a legitimate bisexual man and you're just a gay man claiming to bisexual because you think its 'in style'. You're no better than those drunken girls at the party kissing other girls because its 'cool' or because guys like it!
