Ke$ha's Debut Album Animal + Cannibal was one of the best album released in 2010. I has sold over a million in the states and over 2 million world wide. It has been certified platinum in many countries and is my all time favorite album. The theme of this album is really just about being yourself. There has been so much pretentious theme's and so many artists hold up a character that isn't really themselves that this theme makes its so fun. Ke$ha wants people who listen to this to just let go of the real world and the character you have to uphold for society and just be yourself with this album. It is definitely what I do when listening to this album.
Then you have Beyonce's album. It's her forth album and is selling amazingly well. Sure her single's haven't topped the charts. But many people see the album as quality listening. I for sure agree and I love this album. The theme pretty much from this album is love. Most of her songs are about things that revolve around love. Since I don't know much about what beyonce has to say about her album, I will leave it there!
Now some people tell me that Ke$ha's album isn't relatable and that beyonce's album is. Sure I agree that love is always relatable, but isn't being yourself and just letting loose the most relatable thing to do. It is something everyone needs to do. Just be themselves and let their human instincts run. While I love beyonce's album, it has a much heavier theme that not everyone can relate too even though most of the world can relate. Now I might be a bit biased, but I just think that Ke$ha's album is much more relatable then Beyone's.
But what do you think? Which album is MORE relatable? Beyonce's 4 or Ke$ha's Animal + Cannibal?
ps: I hope this is all understandable. My first language is not enlgish and I ahve not lived in canada for 4 months so my english might be rusty.
