That's a fairly reasonable opinion. Whilst I agree that Britney isn't the most talented performer
now, you have to admit that at her peak she was pretty good, and that 'Britney Spears' is a definition of Pop. But lets save this for the tribute thread, haha.
To make this post Rihanna related, I think that it would be good for Rihanna to be a part of the tribute, but not give away the award. I think giving the award would be Madonna's duty. Rihanna should be the biggest name of the performing artists (except for Britney herself) because Rihanna is the only artist in which Britney actually featured on her song.
