that's why Rih+Brit can hit #1 while Brit+$+Nicki hit #3 only. (no shading intended please)
Let's not forget about positions before the remix. S&M moves from 2 to 1, while TTWE from 8 to 3. Also let's don't forget about different radio support (S&M's Al was 20-30M higher)
The remix is underperforming. It being $0.69 should've propelled it into the Top 10, but I just don't see it catching on later or having longetivity. Clearly, LFN will probably get to #1 on the Hot 100, but I bet this will be it's only week at the top. The original is now falling due to the remix, & I expect the remix to freefall unless I'm hugely shocked next week. The original never recovers fully after the remix freefalls; S&M learned that the hard way.

Another large amount of true tea spilled on the same page.
Is Don't Hold Your Breath next US single? This song is so-so-sooooooooooo amazing, it should be at least #1 in hot 100 for month
Yes, it's the next single and it is amazing.
But sadly, it won't hit #1.. or it'd need a miracle and a billion prayers.

Yep.. all he did was say one or two times on Facebook it's out, but that's it. He has over a million fans but he doesn't get many comments or likes on his stuff, so even his facebook statuses don't do too much for promotion anyway.
