I feel like the majority of the work is best done through PMs because when the other teams can see what you're doing it gives them an advantage (they can take ideas from you, try one-up you more easily, etc.)

Someone said in NHB that people were posting **** gifs or whatever and when he was banned Lem said 'we were just joking around', so I assume he was posting gifs as well and that's how he got banned.
