"Fireflies" does suck, and if Foster The People releases the right follow-ups, they won't be one-hit wonders like Owl City. "Call It What You Want" sounds very Maroon 5 (maybe it's just me) and sounds like a CHR smash. They better released that.

Foster the People are definitely not going to be one hit wonders but I doubt they will ever have 1 song have as much impact worldwide as "Fireflies" did. #justsaying

That's fair, but as long as they find more success than one song, then I think they would be in a much better position than Owl City in the long run. And who knows? They could easily get a worldwide smash as big as "Fireflies."

They "could" but theoretically so could Kristina DeBarge then. And it's funny to see how their album peaked at #8 just like Ocean Eyes did
