Radar was a totally different scenario, it WAS a single during Blackout, it was being sent to radios, a video treatment was created, and they were scheduled to film in London. it wasn't all based around rumors started on the Internet like BFB is.
BFB Is just another Boom Boom, Breathe On Me, etc etc. Stuff she performed, but weren't made into single. I dont believe for one second they have a deal with him.
