I know hacking is a crime.
But like I said, some forums on the net display IP addresses. If you have a modem, you can easily change your address by resetting the modem. And a firewall should easily protect her.

You won't get hacked, I don't even know any hacking sites, even though it got you all scared apparently. Do you have a firewall? You can't hack an ip anyways. I was actually looking up some cyberbullying laws and I can definitely report you for all your personal attacks against several people on several internet forums as well if you proceed to threaten me with legal action when I did nothing to you. Photoshoping people's faces onto animals...those pictures you posted on Ken in this thread and various other forums. Your threat to "book" me alone is enough. Don't act like your some innocent victim.

Not ALL IP addresses are dynamic. Some are static and it varies on which ISP you have and what they assign you.
She's not going to get hacked anyway, but if someone were actually skilled enough to act on her IP a windows firewall or any other one wouldn't really save her.
