Didn't have the chance to watch it, but I read the 14-page speech online.
And I must say, when perused in a Formalist point of view (as I am a Formalist stan), the SONA should be well-appreciated, as it has organic unity and is laced with wonderful little anecdotes. But I can also see that those important for most in the nation - like the RH bill, land reform, education, health care, culture and the arts - were omitted and not brought to awareness. Curious, very curious.
