Except for the part where Judas is a visually stunning, very well-directed video. I don't know what more you want from her.
Gaga (and the Haus) has been in control of her visuals from the very beginning. Making her own music videos is a natural extension of this.
I said it before and I'll say it again, you DON'T know what happened on set of TEOG. Maybe Joseph Kahn was a total asshole. Maybe he insulted a gay cameraman, and due to the terms of their agreement Gaga was unable to keep the same concept once she'd ditched him and had pressure from the studio to put together a video with the footage she
was allowed to use. Possible, isn't it?
EDIT: In addition. Nicole has the right to say what she wants, and I have the right to say that using "tranny" as an insult, directed at a woman who has made it her mission to stand up for gay rights, is ****ing unacceptable.
