On the Floor was extremely commercial though. The only reason it wasn't picked up is because they seemingly had no interest in J Lo, until the song became a hot seller.

Who's That Chick? is a good song but is not THAT good and is FAR too generic to be one of her best songs. It's fun. Nothing more, nothing less. I'm fairly sure Rihanna hates the song, too. Also, ending the era with S&M would have been so premature, especially when Loud has the potential to be her biggest era ever.

I don't know. I want to say that that is when it will be released, but I feel like it'll take a bit longer because of Fly. Fly should come out mid-August, so I think we'll get the new single in mid-September at the earliest.

It will. Nicki's on fire now after both Moment 4 Life and Super Bass smashed and releasing a song with Rihanna is going to do both of them well. I see a top 3 hit, if not a #1.

Raining Men flopped because of Def Jam idiotically releasing it while WMN? was slaying radio with 150-165 million AI. It was completely dominating urban & rhythmic iirc.

And about Fly, it's great that they've saved it for now. Not only were M4L and SB better single choices for earlier on since Fly is such a perfect era ender, but there's basically nothing else on Pink Friday that is single worthy. Maybe Girls Fall Like Dominoes or Last Chance but the former already bombed in the UK and I'm not too fond of the latter.
