I think Rabiosa got so huge in Denmark because of maybe it getting played at a few festivals (festivals are THE THING in Denmark in summertime, EVERYBODY goes to atleast 1 festival in the summer, and they have different programs, maybe they played it on the speakers there a few times, that would boost it alot! Because believe me guys, getting to #4 in the Danish iTunes is IMPOSSIBLE unless you are danish or it's a club banger worldwide OR it's soulfull music like Adele or Prince, Denmark have a lot of indies.. So I almost choked on my food when I saw Rabiosa at #9 like half a week ago  |

I agree again  I'm 18 now, and when FO1 came out (or really when LT came out in the summer 2005) I was sooo angry with her because I loooved her blonde her, and it was like darker and shorter and curlier  I was so pissed.. and then it became browner and curlier with time and I kinda lost interest in her image  Even the first couple of pics you now posted I hated of her.. then came She Wolf, I was like: I LOVE THE SHE WOLF VIDEO HAIR! The only thing she did wrong, was the electronics, had the look been for a pop-ethnic single I would have been sold!!!! Then came the album and ofc. like everybody else I fell in love with MITT and MA.. and hated the lack of promo and how her haircolour got so ugly with those faux dreadlocks.. and EVERYTHING went downhill for her career, then I was ok pleased with the Waka Waka era hair, but still too short and dark.. then came all the SES promo pics and Loca video and I hadn't felt as good about her image at that time since 2003! I was soooo happy but then now it became a weird mustardy colour and the extentions acted like they had a mind of their own when she flipped her hair during Why Wait  stupid extentions! I wish she had Beyonce's hair that she had during her 2009 tour just much blonder ( I like Bey a little bit too.. ofc not as much)

I didn't like it to be honest  I thought it was WAY to modest for her, she should have long wavy thick hair, and an amazing weird dress. That is how I see her, a weird goddess The yellow dress + the hair is very Americanizing to her.

This is the general opinion of Shakira in Denmark:
Shakira - really bad voice + best body + uses sex to sell music + people love her for Waka Waka + a little bit for Loca (not much, only teen girls made the song do decent on the charts and they are all jealous of her so I don't know how that happened, haha)
+++++ She has a bad reputation for the sexy videos. IF she released a song like Rolling In the Deep + one more successful song she would be the most popular international female in Denmark. it's because of the sexy videos.

Definetly the middle! So stunning. I don't really like her with a ponytail, but she SHOULD do it once in a while for some variation, but generally speaking I love her mostly with loose waves or the Loca video hair, so stunning! Especially the first day of shooting!
Also, her dresses look better when they are floor length! More sexy, she can save the short ones for some performances or even better for interviews!

If she really is 2 songs away from being the most popular international female star of Denmark i think that she's pretty popular now, i feel like your comment is a bit contradictory.

I like her hair naturally curly, as well... As long as it's combed and contained like this:
That Medusa hairstyle she rocked at The Grammy's in 2005 was a mess, IMO.

Yeah it looks like it, but really I don't think she is honestly. She gets a few hits now and then, but so many of her amazing songs are unheard of in Denmark, it's so sad! If they just knew she was the best and still is.
But yes, atleast she still has hits in Denmark, maybe I'm just unsatisfied because she slayed every other female in 2001 when I was only 8 years old, and I remember how it felt for me to know that my fave was the biggest in my country! You could litterally ask anybody and they were like: "That Shakira girl, she is so beautiful and mystical! Did you see her dance bellydance? It's unbelievable, and that song Whenever Wherever is amazing! And Whenever Wherever did amazing in Denmark ofc. like everywhere else
