8:15AM would be 14:15 (or 2:15PM) in Amsterdam / Berlin / Paris (on monday July 11)
8:15PM would be 02:15 (or 2:15AM) in Amsterdam / Berlin / Paris (on tuesday July 12)
Since she said 'tomorrow morning', I guess it's just 2 hours away!

Yeah 8:15AM would mean the premiere is just 2 hours away! And it would also mean the premiere is at 14:15 in Western Europe! (14:15 = 2:15PM)
