5 hours is nothing, i waited 10 hours to see Gaga at lollapalooza and had a panic attack half way threw her concert and had to be taken to the hospital, needless to say my mother was not happy with the $6000 hospital bill.

The Monster Ball was my first concert. I was so amazed by the nature of monsters. While I was waiting for the show (Starlight was performing), I had some emotional moments. I stared to the stage and the lights, it was like a dream come true. After late nights of watching concert videos, I was there. It was an amazing feeling but I got more emotional when I saw the shadow of Gaga and her voice live. It was so amazing.

I know what you mean, I almost had a heart attack when I heard the intro to Dance In The Dark and then as soon as I saw Gaga's shadow I just lost it and screamed so loud.
