as I've said perhaps lyrically memoirs is superior to TEOM BUT vocals always come first for me. If the vocals are subpar it turns me off and I cant even bear to listen to the lyrics, tbh.

I love Mariah's R&B material... but yeah, no more of those songs. I feel like she will come with a really mature vibe this era for some reason.. and songs like that definitely won't fit.
