Multiple sources. A Colombian Journalist has been keeping us updated with negotiations being made for getting the tour to Colombia. He discussed how there were talks only so far about the tour going to Colombia, but he was finally able to confirm today that agreements were reached. Media outlets throughout Colombia are bussing about the news apparently.
I think we can expect announcements about the Latin America leg next month from Britney's team.
