The fans, especially the psychos at EXHAIL are way too mean to the guy. He seems harmless and is just overly-dedicated, but how he chooses to spend his money is his business. Britney's top bodyguard, Edan Yemini is always within 10 feet of her while at Meet & Greets. Her management, I am sure takes every precaution necessary to prevent overzealous fans or stalkers from harming Britney or making her uncomfortable.
If Britney had a problem with it, she would have voiced that concern and Alexx's passes would've been refunded and barred from M&G's. Her team seems to genuinely like him and think he's harmless. Again, if he posed as a threat, he would have been long barred from coming within a yard of her.
I am appreciative of the updates he provide the fans. He doesn't have to do it, but he did it. We first got wind of more European shows and more US shows on the way from him; he even named a specific city (Grand Rapids) when naming cities that would be added soon after he spoke with her team.
