I Wanna Go would die in August and the era would end to give time for the re-release.
1. Britney would debut a NEW single performing at this August's Video Music Awards.
2. Using the Lady GaGa/Beyonce technique, Britney will feed live performances from her TOUR of her new song(s) off the re-release to talk shows and singing competitions (X-Factor)....Britney will also appear later in the X-Factor season as a guest judge.
3. Promotion will consist of guest staring on Ellen's first new show in Oprah's timeslot. Radio interviews, magazine covers and Youtube videos filmed by Britney like Chatoic or GaGa's "Gagavision" series. Another MTV special along the lines of FTR, called Britney: On Tour. It will show behind the scenes stuff of the FFTour.
This will promote the re-release and ultimately the....
Tour DVD:
1. The Femme Fatale Tour will be released on DVD and Blu-Ray.
2. Since Britney is through Sony...Sony will help promote the Femme Fatale re-release by pre-loading the lead single from Britney's re-release on every PS Vita (their new handheld system) when it hits store shelves in the fall.
3. As another form of promotion (since ABC has been so good to Britney this year), ABC will broadcast the Femme Fatale Tour on Thanksgiving night (much like they do with Beyonce every year)....the ABC broadcast will air the DAY before Black Friday. The Femme Fatale re-release will be released on Black Friday.....
Payola:
...since the re-release will release on Black Friday, retailers can sell it at a discount without penalty. Amazon will also sell the Standard Edition of the CD (see below) for 99 cents to promote their new Cloud system, much like they did with Born This Way.
Femme Fatale Re-Release:
Re-Release Standard Edition
7 New Tracks
Re-Release Deluxe Edition
Deluxe Femme Fatale + Scary + 7 New Tracks + S&M Remix & Till the World Ends Remix
Re-Release Ultimate Fan Edition

Yes I know that Britney will be on tour, but she could totally do it if she really wanted to. Britney doesn't have to go to the media for promotion, they come to HER. She could easily do a Skype interview with George Lopez or something.

My Thoughts:
Film a I Wanna Go performance from Britney on tour. Air it on the Today Show, with a mini pre-recorded interview about Femme Fatale, being a mom, exercising, and all that **** we've heard before. Then a day later, put it on her VEVO account to help promote the song further, and have it featured on several blog sites. Also take the same performance and have it aired on European or Japanese TV shows to get that Worldwide promo. Pre-taped interviews, or magazine interviews for worldwide wouldn't hurt either. Then take 'I Wanna Go' and have it featured on two or three shows on the same night. Then throughout the summer have Britney do one or two magazine interviews/covers and call in to one or two radio stations. This should keep I Wanna Go afloat for the summer (I would hope). If not then emergency backup would be to feature the song on more TV shows, and websites online.
Fourth Single:
This should be released around the 2nd or 3rd week of September. Have an exclusive preview of the music video during the VMA's. Then premiere it a few days later when the interest is still high. Have a behind the scenes look of the video on E! News or Access Hollywood. Put out a new Femme Fatale commercial that will air on MTV and E! that will play the current single during the commercial along with the video to promote the song and album. The commercial run should be 30 days. Perform the song on Ellen along with an interview. A skit will filmed and split into two parts which will air between a few days AFTER Britney's performance to ensure longevity use of the Ellen promotion. This should also set the Fourth Single in the right direction by then. We should be fine until January.
Now I know by this point, we will have missed the opportunity for a rerelease, but that is alright. It would be nice for Femme Fatale to do really, but it's just better to do the best we can. If the fourth single is successful enough then just do a music video, mini interviews here and there on TV, and leave it be (it's a fifth single). The goal is that Femme Fatale will be platinum. Hopefully while Britney tours Worldwide, she will do promotion during the day in those other countries to promote the CD. By then it should have hopefully sold 2 million copies worldwide.
Then right after, Britney will record a new CD. The first single will be released in late August/early September (2012), and the album will be released the week before Black friday. This time things will be done right. There will be a decent amount of promotion without overdoing it. The first single will have also received minor promo to help it along til the album release. By the time of album release, things should have been done right with handling the release of the album, and Britney will have 100% rebounded from her team's idiotic mistake of not releasing the Hold It Against Me video at the right time, and the promotion worldwide/in the US.
I should be her manager. I just totally gave Britney another 5 years to her career in those few paragraphs.
