I want PRA or whatever to block LFN from #1 but not coz of the song. Coz I like it. But I dont want Teenage Dream to be compared to Michael Jackson's 'Bad'.

Its just so unreal.

From the 4 #1s that the album has I only would've made 2 of them go #1 (Firework and ET)

I love Katy but 5 #1s from an album is something I dont think her music deserves.

I dont think anyone ATM deserves to share that honor. (not even my fave)

Even if I want records to be broken and all... If u really stop and think that Teenage Dream is going ot be compared to Bad... something is not right there. And Loud couldnt be near Bad either. Or anythng released in the last 10 years.... (I would've said Adele's 21, but I cant think of 5 #1 deserving songs there, only 4)

I never understand how people claim these records and feats are "undeserving". If people are buying an artist's songs, and listening to them on radio, enough for them to achieve these accomplishments then it IS deserving. No one else has sold as many digital singles this past 12 months than Katy, so she deserves it.

Just because the last person to do it was Michael Jackson does not mean no one else deserves to break it. The fact Katy is doing it 24 years later, when whoever else you might think should've didn't, furthers shows she deserves it. If it were your fave, you'd have no problem, so stop with the parenthesis.

I'm thinking the same thing. Even if Katy hit #1 on itunes, it would be hard for her to get a #1 this week. I would rather PRA do it's thing and get out of the way, because once that clears nothing should be around to stop her

Everyone deserves what it is, and if Katy gets the 5th # 1 with ''Teenage Dream'' would be a great achievement, your favorite will never (of course without re release)

We are in 2011, not in 1989 or another year, and obviously the sales are much lower .. that's why you don't want to compare .. But I'm sure you've never heard even half of the songs on the album ''Bad''.. you just say it because is Michael Jackson
