I'm not even fat but I have this slight cheek fat that I really want to get rid of. What can I do?
I try to run on the treadmill ~30 minutes a day.

I was DYING to workout. I was on vacation and the first thing I did when I got home was workout. It was ****ing hard. I also thought I had gained like 2-3 lbs over the weekend (I felt so fat), but then I weighed myself and I weighed the same

Yea, I feel so guilty every time I don't work out. I ate two donuts over the weekend and I seriously thought I gained over 5 lbs. So yesterday I worked out so damn hard. I'm finally getting into the p90x routine and I must say, I love it. My gym also started this amazing new fitness class which I plan on doing this FRiday, and I'm so excited.
Here are the deets on the class imma take.
CX30
I heard some really hot, hot, hot guys take this class.

I had no idea this thread existed
Don't know if these tips were discussed, but
drink green tea - has many antioxidants which are beneficial to your health
eat more protein - your body will use calories to break down the protein, so your body will be burning extra calories
try to not sit down for long periods of time - get up and walk around the house or something, don't sit down while talking on the phone, do some pushups during commercials etc.
sleep - lack of sleep will slow down your metabolism. getting your eight hours of sleep will increase glucose tolerance so you can process carbohydrates better.
I will be in this thread a lot more often now

I just finished my daily cup of green tea (with honey, not sugar).
Feels so good.
Do you know if it's good to drink it before sleeping?

Depends on the green tea you're drinking, some may have caffeine in them and it's better to just avoid any caffeine before sleeping.

Yeah, that was what I was thinking.
I have no idea what kind of tea it is, but thank you anyways.

First, you can start off with a healthier diet. Common sense should tell you what to eat less of (soda, fast food, snacks *especially salty ones*) and eat more of (fruits, vegetables, protein). You can easily cut out 500+ calories a day if you cut out soda from your diet and instead have water (adding lemon to water is really good too) with your meals.
You should do cardio activities to the best of your ability and push yourself a bit each time you do, but don't push yourself too hard. My favorite activity is jump roping to music, it really gets me sweating and I don't get bored while doing it, unlike treadmills which make running a chore for me. Try doing mind+body activities such as running and biking outside, and jump roping. You can also incorporate more physical activity in your daily life such as speed walking if you're getting somewhere (like me in school, I tend to walk a bit faster in the hallways, not just to get to class faster, but to burn a few calories while I'm at it )
Then, I recommend doing ab exercises to help you with the layer of fat on top of the abdominal area and to build yourself a nice set of abs
If you need anymore help you can post on my wall or tweet me @adanmonster

TheMusicProphet, they have that class at my local gym too. Do you know what kind of specific exercises are included? I couldn't find it.

I just made myself some breakfast for dinner....
Breakfast burrito:
One whole egg, 4 egg whites, half an avocado, fresh tomatoes, sauteed mushrooms in a tbs. olive oil, light cheddar all cooked and wrapped in 2 whole wheat tortillas. With some fresh salsa of course.
----
I didn't workout at that much today, just ran 2 miles, but it's okay. My legs and arms are feeling really sore.
---
I'm currently grazing on almonds. They're so yummy and I recommend them as a snack.
Oh, and I drank a full 32 oz. Gatorade.
Life is good.

Do it. I bet they offer a ton of other fitness classes. They also have really good machines you could try every once in a while.
You might even meat your future boyfriend there.
