Her fake lesbian image is also insulting to gay people.

You have to understand something though, just because Rihanna doesn't speak out about it doesn't mean she doesn't support it. You honestly can't expect every artist in the industry to be vocal about their political views. Rihanna has always kept that part of her life away from her public persona, which is fine. If I wanted to pick an artist that had similar political views, then I would have. But I didn't. Rihanna has never been a hateful person, and I've never heard her make a homophobic comment in my entire life. That is good enough for me, at the end of the day. And even if she was completely against gay people, that is her business. The fact that she has gay fans doesn't mean she is obligated to support homosexuality. But she does support it. If she was against it, I'm sure she would have said something about it by now. Being on the same record label as a homophobic artist does not make another artist homophobic. Does living on the same street as a serial killer make you one, too? Of course not. Everybody is accountable for their own actions and beliefs.
And I don't recall her ever having a fake lesbian image. She never claimed to be bisexual, like many female artists have in the past (not that there is anything wrong with that). Kissing a girl at an awards show or concert doesn't mean somebody is trying to be a lesbian.

Claire Bear,
The truth hurts? If you think the truth is grounds for censorship, you are truly misguided.
I don't resile one iota from what I've said about Rihanna. Not one iota. If my gay friends are saying they don't like her, I'm entitled to pass that on to you.
All in all, the first word that springs to mind when thinking of Rihanna is "fake". Fake, fake, fake. People are waking up to it now.

I understand that everybody is entitled to their own opinions, and I respect that. But please explain to me how Rihanna is fake? You don't know her personally, so you can't exactly be the judge of whether or not the woman you see in pictures, videos, and on television is real or fake. The only one that knows the truth is her. While some of her behaviors and looks appear to be very contrived this era, I feel that Rihanna is finally comfortable enough to show us the real her. Prior to GGGB, she was portrayed as an innocent, fun, carefree girl - which may or may not have been how she really felt inside at the time. But now, she is a strong, bold, independent woman and is never afraid of ruffling a few feathers. So, I don't see how that makes her "fake"?
