If those rumors are true (wasting everyone's time, hard work & money), it's a big deal. These aren't just diva demands like wanting a certain type of food/water that they can get some lowly assistants to fetch.

Time was only wasted if people weren't paid, and I highly doubt that was the case. The concept changed and became more intimate. Big deal
If the video turns out to be a mess then yes, it will primarily be her fault but she is also responsible for her high points, a list that far outweighs the lows but no-one seems to talk about lately...
