Definitely not because of lack of airplay. It's doing well on radio so far. This is just an odd era for Beyonce when it comes to iTunes.
But it's not even blowing up on radio. For some reason, she's just struggling to find that big hit this era. It didn't come until "Irreplaceable" (her third single) during B*Day, so it it's not unprecedented. We'll just have to wait it out and see what happens. Maybe "Best Thing I Never Had" will be a slow burner.
