Strangely enough, most of the reviews I've seen for the Born This Way video seem to be much more openly positive than those for Bad Romance. I feel like the Bad Romance video got the acclaim after the fact when people started to realize it changed music video history.

The only negativity I've ever read about the video was that it is a Madonna rip-off, and we all know what train those reviewers were riding...

The VMAs are gonna be a mess - the best videos were for flop songs and the smash hits had basic and/or bad videos

I'm looking forward to the MMVAs and VMAs performances. I think these are the only two shows where she has to deliver a really great performance and she wouldn't mess them up like she did with at the grammys. but maybe I'm only saying that because Gaga hasn't performed there since 2009
