No. The only artists who probably said something along these lines are Natalia Kills and Lady GaGa. Both of their albums aren't that good, too.

She didn't lie. Loud isn't anything experimental or changing for music, but it's certainly not the sane as Teenage Dream or Animal in sound. It's also undeniably a Rihanna album, featured with her own characteristics that make her unique.
