Only if she tours to the extent of what she did with circus tour. I want her to do 200 million+ but she has to tour more than 100 and tour in countries she never been before. Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Philippines, Indonesia, Israel, etc. Should could easily do multiple stadium shows for each of those countries, but it's up to her team to make that decision. Adam claimed they wanted to do South America for the Circus Tour, but things didn't work out. They better make it work this time.

If her team decides to bring the tour here (which I think is not 90% up to their decision), usually, a huge production company and advertisers/sponsors have to joint venture in order to stage a one-night leg of the tour as MASSIVE as Femme Fatale Tour, then her team will more likely take the proposal.
Last tour with Circus, I strongly believe there has been negotiations that took place between Fearless Productions and AEG Live but shipping costs alone could eat up the whole budget. If they mean business like breaking even with the budget and costs, then they'll have to hold the concert if an arena that could accommodate spectators equaling to the amount and that's okay if Circus Tour was just a basic tour. The Queen's show is as complex as the whole set up of the stage and it's quite impossible to do that in an open field.
Sis, she's going to have at least two 02 dates in the UK and possibly one date at MEN arena in Manchester.
There's a HIGH possibility that might add dates to Birmingham, Liverpool and other lessor cities in the UK as well. She might be the same huge album seller in that country but her tickets still sell like hotcakes among Brits. Of course, I'm just basing this observation granted we already got schedules for minor cities in France.
