It's not any real language, it's gibberish, but it borrows from other languages.
"Ich" = "I" in German.
"schleiban" is gibberish.
"austa" = "respect" in Estonian, although I doubt she knew that when rambling it out.
I could continue, but the sentence doesn't make much sense. "Madre Monstere" is obviously Mother Monster, but aside from that...
