It would be the individual publication's credibility. MC is just a record-keeper.

That has nothing to do with Metacritic. A reviewer from TMT gave it a 0. Metacritic just counts that into the tally.

Metacritic doesn't really show how critically acclaimed an album truly is because they do not count every professional review out there. Take Washington Post for example. I do not think anyone would say that WP isn't a professional publication. Ironically, their reviews for movies are counted on Metacritic, so I have no clue why it's not counted for music.

But if they were to count all of GaGa's reviews from every legit publication, it would probably get around a 70 something anyway. There are many positive reviews but several mixed to negative ones as well.

Actually, Metacritic is always not in the line with credibility. But people cares about it.

And I think it's fair to give a album 0/100. Because you can also give album 100/100.

Reviews are always biased. Anyways, the content of the 0/100 review is crappy ****.
