Ok, here's an accurate estimation. It is reported that 2.5 million people went to see the Monster Ball. Some of them probably went more than once. So, I'd say 1.75 million people actually saw it, some just went multiple times. I'd say at least 75% of them will buy the album. However, that is worldwide. Current tally worldwide: 1.5 million. Then you have all the people who will buy the album, but didn't go to the concert. I'll put that around 750k million. This is all still worldwide, so she will sell maybe 2.25 million worldwide. Now, let's split it up by continent;
