The deal is you have to have a 2 year activation so there is an obvious profit being made. An 8 dollar investment for a more than 600 dollar profit if you get a cheaper smart phone is not unheard of.
My bet is that Best Buy WILL be buying the albums from themselves since it is seen as an investment. Theyre giving up 8 dollars in the short run to make hundreds later on.

Well of course. Like I said before, it wouldn't make me decide to go buy a phone, but it would sway me if I was already planning on getting a new phone. Which is why I still said that she's going to be giving A LOT of people her album, when they probably won't even care to listen to it, basically giving people something they don't want. Many people will go into Best Buy, only wanting a smartphone, but coming out with two copies of her album.
