Well for me music box and daydream are her worst albums... I dont like that era at all... I remember i was at my puberty and wanted to listen to other stuff than Mariah back then... In my mind she went too commercial and slicky... So even though i had bought Mariah Carey & Emotions and as i remember I was thrilled(her debut cassette was destroyed from so many plays in my walkman) I skipped her next efforts up to Butterfly (her masterpiece) and bought them again in 2002-3 when she released he other masterpiece (charmbracelet)! I didnt like them back then those albums and i still dont so I wish she doesnt go and try this era again! plz plz plz....besides it is sooooooo outdated!

girl. music box and daydream are her best albums to date I liked all of her songs on both albums. I think she will do good this upcoming album. maybe she'll give us another open arms, fantasy, hero

the album didnt kind of flop. it went gold which is her first gold album,. I just cant stand his trashy beats their all the same on the album

We can't lay ALL the blame on The Dream because Mariah did produce the tracks too and she obviously thought it was an amazing album.
