Guys, that countdown on beyonceonline says 8hours43minutes left. Is it because of my timezone (Live in France) so the video won't premiere that soon or shall it really premiere in less than 9 hours ?

The countdown is synced to the time on your computer clock (or wherever you're accessing the countdown from). However many hours it is until 10:00pm local time for you is what shows up on the countdown clock. So if you're in a different time zone other than the east coast of the U.S. your countdown will be off.
Omgg the more and more bey performs the song the better she will perform it... she killed it this time but wait until she adds her own "Own Little Swag on this diplo beatt heyy" and make it into her own.. to where she is comfortable.
