I was about to ask this too. Originally I hated the idea of it being chosen over Whenever, but now I'm really interested & have found a new perspective on it. Here's why ;

tonight I had a bunch of friends over (we're 15) & of course we had loud music. We danced a lot to ET, Till The World Ends, especially S&M and Blow, it was really a fun time. I started playing new stuff like I Am Woman, I Wanna Go, Smile & Dont Wanna Go Home and no one was really interested. Then I played Dont Stop The Party and everyones faces lit up. Someone yelled "it sounds like a Deadmau5 song" lol, & everyone started dancing harder. Oh & I saw there performance on Paul O Grady Show yesterday and it really sold the song for me.

Well when it was announced as a single last week I was really pissed. Whenever is one of my favourite BEP tracks ever, & Light Up The Night was another better option with it being a summer single. But I've been listening to it all week & then tonight it really clicked. I think it's going to do quite well. Whenever better be 4th. It'll be their biggest hit since I Gotta Feeling for sure.
