Because hearing "I can be the treble baby, you can be my bass," "Y'all Better get ready for the kick-drum," and "the bass is gettin' bigga" over and over again will inspire people to get Britney's album. They'll be convinced that the album contains lyrical and mastery beats such as TBFB.
If anything, it would encourage them to illegally buy the album feeling like the album isn't worth spending money on hearing the same lyrics repeated continuously.
