Could you explain to me how someone is eliminated? Will one person be eliminated this round or more?
Basically the loosing team(s) enters the boardroom for a meeting where we discuss the task and who was terrible, what mistake(s) did you make, was your leader efficient, etc .. dig out all the dirt. Who should stay and who should go? Six will be eliminated in the first two weeks. I will ask the project managers to choose two or three person to join him to the final boardroom, where I;m going to say good bye to three candidates.
