If that was the case, then we'd probably see more of a discrepancy with how it's doing on iTunes. But it seems to have had an equally mediocre response among programmers and consumers. At some point, every artists flops. Maybe it's just Gaga's time? (By the way, how did this theory even come up in the first place?)
