To be honest, I think she did mean it, but made some last minute changes to either the ordering of songs or maybe even which songs are going to actually be on the album. I mean, she's probably having a really hard time finalizing things and once she announces it, it's pretty much final.
that's true. I just wish she would at least say THAT though. She said she turned in the album to the record label and it's supposed to be printing very very soon... so it's confusing.
