Government Hooker is too good to release it at first.
You & I is a perfect promo single. A nice ballad to attract some people but nothing special anymore.
And Americano is something she never did before so a great promo single too. But she'll play a part of it in the Monster Ball by then, that's why it's better as a second promo single just a few days later.
