I'm not sure if this has been mentioned yet, so I will go ahead and post it.

Grindr, as social networking App on the iPhone which many of the gay guys on this site might recognize has hooked up with Gaga to do promotions.

When I signed in this evening, I got a pop up message that said "download Lady Gaga's new single "Judas" which is sure to be a surefire hit by clicking "more" below and it will take you to the iTunes App. Keep an eye out in the future for more Gaga/Grindr offers...

While it's kind of funny that they try to pass it off as some sort of exclusive Grinder offer, I do find it quite interesting that she has been trying many different avenues of advertising for the new album. Grinder is one of the popular Apps on iPhone. " As of September 2010, the United States hosted the highest number of Grindr users with nearly 500,000, while London topped the list of cities with 62,000 users."

They are also doing a contest right now giving away tickets to one of her concerts;

I think she is going to be throwing out a lot of advertising from places we've never seen advertise artists/music before in quite the same way.
