I think when Smile release, we should make a thread on bandaid to gather every big Avril fansites(Especially Brazil), so that we will have a huge vote/request force.
Maybe something like "The international Smile radio campaign", with links to request Smile on US radio and post it to every big Avril site. I can't imagine how big the request force can be.
Brazil alone can get Smile to top 10
can someone put the links where we have to vote? there are some stations that have removed WTH from their list...
