But yeah, like someone else said, I doubt Gaga is aware of SNSD. If someone plagiarized, Fernando Garibay did. Producers are very aware of music around the world, so it wouldn't surprise me if he "borrowed" from Be Happy, whether intentionally or not. He might have heard it and been subconsciously influenced. But the similarity is UNCANNY, and the people who deny this are the ones who are "reaching". This kind of thing happens all the time in music - bigger artists/producers stealing from ones who are less known and getting all the glory for it.
