I think so, I could be wrong though. I'm surprised it leaked though. I would imagine Gaga's songs would stay away from that. But still; I got the long awaited 'Judas' in my life.

There was some speculation earlier this was pre-planned, & it leaked on purpose, but I'm not too sure about that. She was apparently upset about the leaks at the monster ball.
