You missed the point, Geo. You, and other monsters, can't believe the artwork is good, or will be better, only AFTER hearing an explanation from Gaga. You have to come up with it on your OWN first, and maybe that will improve it for YOURSELF. But if you're clamoring up to Gaga for a reason to somewhat "validate the cover," then that within itself, proves the cover artwork is not good as an art piece or a statement.

Why? Art is about your own interpretation yes but you should always know the backstory / intended meaning behind the work before coming to a final conclusion. Since I am just a viewer and not the creator it is impossible to come to a conclusion.

Anyway, if this piece is just part of a greater symbolic performance with the fall and resurrection this artwork is self-explanatory.

And you will not copy my emphasis on WORDS.
