This may sound strange, but I love the outfit with 5 breasts because I feel like it fits into the Mother Monster theme. I hope she uses that outfit or something like it in the Born This Way Ball since I imagine it being a big space rock opera type thing.
Somehow I also thought the Mother monster thing is exactly the reason behind the 5-titted outfit, I instantly thought of it when I first saw the picture : The Mother monster, with numerous breasts with which to nourish her legions of little monsters, who are thirsty for pop art.
