It needs a Rhythmic remix so that all the Rhythmic leaning stations like KIIS or WXRK will finally add the song.
I think WTH is a bonus track only. Not a second single. Otherwise, if it's played on radio, the credit will be WTH remix and i don't think those spins will add to the original version :-/ ?

They will be added to the original version, just like E.T, and S&M remix.

I think they just want to sell the album on itunes coz it's the bonus track on deluxe edition. Otherwise, #1 is impossible but still give the song a little boost if it was really a second single which i don't think it is
The single is over 4 months old and didn't become a hit... Time to move on? :-/
