Kelly, I guess her solo career is a flop, yes. But Ciara used to be successful even if she's not doing so great right now. But it would make more sense to do this about artists who have always been flops. Especially considering the title. There's no point in having a "Know This Flop Artist" thread when everyone already knows them.
