Uh, he was in the E Street Band. He might not be known amongst the teenybopper set, but...

14 on the standard, 17 on the deluxe I think...
Ah, thanks. I love saxophone, being the band nerd that I am, and I think I am the most excited for that track...OTHER THAN JUDAS. And yeah Michael is right because we are getting 14 tracks on the regular but 17 on the deluxe. AND the remixes on the deluxe.

Well, with "normal" albums with 12 tracks, I would be thinking the same thing. But remember that we are going to have 17 tracks on Born This Way. There is plenty of music to enjoy and I honestly think that we all deserve this countdown for being so loyal and patient during this long wait.
Quick unrelated question: Which is the song that GaGa said is having that famous saxophonist on? Marry the Night or Edge of Glory?

You're right, but if some people didn't like those songs that are released before the album, they might not buy or even check the album anymore. :scary:
Taylor's promotional singles all debuted in the top 10 on BB except one that debuted at #11. (Mean) Katy's promotional singles, if I remember well, debuted in the #40-#60 range. However, Gaga's promotional singles will, undoubtedly, do better than Katy's. Thus, I don't want her to release the stronger tracks on the album (Marry The Night, Edge Of Glory...) because if released as singles later (most likely), they would've lost some sales, I believe.
Does anyone recall how well Katy and Taylor's promotional singles charted on the Hot 100?
I know Katy's.
E.T. was the only one to go top 50 on Hot 100. They all peaked in the Top 20 (Circle the Drain, Not Like The Movies, E.T.) on iTunes, with NLTM in the Top 10 for a couple of hours.
