Certainly not Rolling Stone with their 4-star reviews of BTW & HIAM
Personally, I like EW. Their review of BTW was dead on (fun hopping tune that doesn't do justice to a song that wants to have such a big, important message) and so was their review of GOV HOOKER (it ***** on BTW and it's got a killer, irresistible hook).
