The final winner of the ACM Awards last night was CBS, which, according to Zap2it.com, delivered a top-ranking 12.2 million viewers for the evening with a 7.4 rating/12 share, close to 2010's 12.5 million viewers (7.6/13). Those figures were well ahead of ABC's 8.3 million (5.1/8), NBC's 6.5 million (4.1/7) and FOX's 4 million (2.4/4) on what Zap2it called a "soft" night of television viewing. In addition to sweeping all three hours of primetime, CBS also won the 18-49 demo derby with a 2.9 rating (a 2.7 last year), followed by ABC (2.2), NBC (2.1) and ABC (1.8). The Awards telecast's tune-in peaked in the second hour with 13.6 million viewers (7.9/12)."
